Silver Crest Farm ​Hanoverians LLC (SCFH) is located on 28 acres of beautiful rolling hills of southern Pittsylvania Co. VA.  Owner/operators reside at farm so we take great pride in every detail of the farm.  Take time to browse our photos and we think you will agree!  Learn more about the facility and services offered below the slideshow.


Barns/Pastures -  We currently have 3 barns and 2 separate pastures which are both cross fenced.  


The main barn has 3 stalls, tack room, feed room, center aisle and a shed row. 

The foaling/hay barn has one large stall with a shed row (which can easily be converted to 2 stalls) a large area for tractor/equipment storage and a large airy hay room.

The "mares" barn has 2 stalls with a shed row and is in a separate pasture from the above listed barns.  Great area for the easy keepers who require limited grazing!


Coming soon!  Over the next few years we are planning to build a new barn with 6-8 stalls, large tack room, wash stall and lounge so that we can offer a more complete boarding facility!!


Riding areas -   We have standard size dressage ring with sand/saw dust footing which is groomed regularly and surrounded by two large fields that offer both flat areas and terrain to cross train in.  There is also a small amount of woods to go for a nice hack before or after your ride.


Services Offered

     Boarding-  We currently do not have availability for boarding.  If you would like to be placed on our list to be contacted when a spot is available, please feel
     feel free to contact us or check back here for updated info on boarding availability. 

     Training: Angie over sees all training of horses at SCFH.  Angie takes lessons with and uses the help of Bob Orton and Sherra Kosch with horses owned by      
     SCFH whom are ready to be started under saddle.  Contact Angie for any specific training needs you have.

     Lessons:  Angie is available on site and off site for beginner to intermediate dressage and eventing lessons for those whom have an available horse to ride.
     SCFH currently does not have any lesson horses.  References available upon request.
